Following a spate of heavy rains, the paint on the fascia of a house in Gardena deteriorated and peeled.

We sanded the pine and redwood boards down to the wood, filled cracks, primed and repainted.

As we were working, we noticed a board over the patio had warped and sagged allowing water to creep in. We removed the caulking applied by the previous painter, clamped the board straight, secured it with screws, re-caulked, primed and painted.
